I’ve been using this black maca for about a month now and honestly, I’m really happy with it. I originally got it mainly to support my libido, and I can say I’ve definitely noticed a difference. I have my smoothie every evening coconut milk Naked Greens powder Cumu Cumu powder Black Maca powder 1/4 banana in the blender. I no longer take anything for constipation. I’m regular every day. Not a fan of taste but it did help in regulating my sleep
I am only about 3 weeks into having Black Maca Root each morning in my smoothie after gym. So far I have noticed an improvement in my quality of sleep and am slowly getting my mojo back. Being perimenopausal I wanted to try using natural supps to get myself back on track hormonal-wise, and also recovery and focus during the day. This seems to be doing good things after only a short amount of time. It has an earthy taste to it, I have it in a smoothie with frozen banana, honey, and my other powdered supplements. Will definitely be purchasing more when this one finishes.
Black maca genuinely helps with energy you need to last the whole day. I would usually hit a wall around midday, and start to feel sluggish. Black Maca helped by giving me a weird sense of endless energy. You'll feel your body start to get tired, but it stops just as fast. You don't procrastinate, Black Maca makes it happen. I'd recommend to people that work or have long days and don't really get a chance to have a rest.
Better yin/yang balance than most Maca. Almost as good as the fresh Maca that I grew some years ago from seed (haven't been able to source viable seed for the last few years). Most tea bags Maca is too yang. Forest Foods Maca benefits kidney function, strengthens lower back and knees, without the spike in yang energy that can have unwanted side effects. I highly recommend this product.

Black Maca is Black Magic! We bought this for my husband who in his 50s is up peeing 2-5 times per night. It’s really ruining his ability to function during the day. He took it for a few months then ran out and we left it for a couple of months until we bought more. His urination frequency really increased again while we were out of stock. It was then we realised that it was the Black Maca that was reducing his frequency to only once per night. He is delighted and we won’t be without it again!
