You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next order ships - that email will include a link to manage your subscription. You can also log in on our website by clicking the person icon in the top right and selecting “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can update your products, change the frequency, or cancel entirely.

You can choose delivery every 1, 2, 3, or 6 months based on your routine and product usage. Customise the frequency in your account or through the reminder email.
If your payment fails we will attempt to recharge your card multiple times. If the payment continues to fail your subscription will be cancelled.
1) Log in to your account and click “Manage Subscriptions”
2) Choose the subscription that you want to update the card details for and then click
"Update Payment Method"
3) From there you can enter your new card number, expiry, etc. and save.
