I have to say that anyone getting supplements from forest superfoods should really do their research. I say this because buying any supplement requires meticulous research in order to reach the goals that you want achieve with supplementation. Especially, from a place like forest superfoods who are known for selling very high quality supplements in its natural form which can be very potent. The ashwagandha that I have frequently purchased is very effective in managing stress, anxiety, improved cognitive function ,increasing energy levels and . However, from my experience the key to achieving these results is in the timing. Highly recommend it and would never buy from elsewhere after trying supplements at forest superfoods
I've been taking these Moringa capsules for a few years now and the difference in my energy levels is noticeable. It's rare to find a supplement that is 100% organic with no fillers.
I must say the black maca root that I have been supplementing was quite potent. However, do not be discouraged if you are not feeling the effects of it during the first week. Your body is just adjusting to this potent supplement. Be prepared to feel much more energised both physically and mentally. I assure you after the first few weeks, the claims of this product listed on the forest superfoods page are sure to come into fruition. Not to mention it smells and tastes nice as well. Moringa eases that a lot. It’s good for many things - do your own research and then go to Forest Foods because their products are good and reliable.

Forest Superfoods Reishi is the best product I have tried.. The fact that they use the whole mushroom makes sense to me. My son has been on the Reishi capsules for over a year now as he used to have anxiety attacks. Now absolutely none. 7 day Tablet organiser that is made of hard plastic. You just slide the lid/top open to get tablets for each day of the wk. handy to see that you have taken for that day. Only one down fall, just thought it would have been made with better quality material for its price
