Been using the Reishi mushroom for two weeks now and found really works great for a good night sleep. Was trying Melatonin for months which worked off and on but with the Reishi I take two hours before bed and works a treat. I find it eases the mind, relaxes me and before I know it gone.

I've been taking Reishi Mushroom for about 5 months. I was really struggling to sleep at the start of the year and Reishi helped me get back into a good sleep pattern!! I don't know what I would have done without it!! I love that it's natural and you don't have to worry about taking it each day. On the days I'm super tired I don't tend to need it which is good. I take it just before bed and I'm out like a light! I only need to take 1-2 a night. If your sleeping pattern is out of whack/not sleeping - I highly recommend to take this product each night. Very fast shipping. I ordered the Reishi mushrooms and have only been taking them for 2 weeks now. I take them at night as directed, and I do feel it has improved my ability to fall asleep (or, I guess calmness) at night time. I went with the capsules as I don't like the idea of having it in a drink! I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to calm their mind down at night. I was initially hesitant to fork out for a bundle of three mushrooms capsules due to the cost, but I do not regret it!
