Forest Super Foods Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

1. General

Forest Super Foods gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Forest Super Foods Pty Ltd (ABN: 36 169 621 676) and are subject to these terms and conditions.

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Usage

Gift Cards can be redeemed for products on www.forestsuperfoods.com.au only.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for refunds or credit and cannot be exchanged for other gift cards.

3. Value and Expiry

Each Gift Card is preloaded with a specific value, shown at purchase.

The balance on the Gift Card can be used over multiple purchases until fully redeemed.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

After expiry, remaining balances will be forfeited.

4. Redemption

To redeem, enter the unique Gift Card code found under the scratch panel at checkout.

If the purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the customer agrees to pay the remaining amount via other accepted payment methods.

5. Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Unauthorized Use

Treat Gift Cards like cash.

Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

Forest Super Foods is not responsible for unauthorised use of Gift Cards.

6. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards will be given as store credit, it is not possible to receive cash in exchange for gift card balances. 

7. Fraud Prevention

Forest Super Foods reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Attempts to resell Gift Cards without authorization may lead to cancellation without a refund.

8. Changes to Terms

Forest Super Foods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Gift Card after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
